Afaq's eldest datughter Bushra Tasnim wrote in facebook on 01.04.2020 আমার বাবা ডাঃ মুহাম্মাদ আফাক হোসেনের জানাজা আগামীকাল বাদ জোহর অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।উনার সবসময়ের ইচ্ছা ছিল মদীনার মাটিতে শুয়ে থাকার। সৌদি সরকারের সিদ্ধান্ত অনুযায়ী তাকে ওহুদ পাহাড়ের পাশে ওহুদ যুদ্ধের শহীদদের সাথে কবরস্হ করা হবে (আলহামদুলিল্লাহ) । তার আত্মার মাগফেরাত কামনা করছি। আপনার সবাই তার জন্য দুয়াহ্ করবেন।উনি সাফা আল মদীনা পলি ক্লিনিকে দুই যুগ যাবত কর্মরত ছিলেন। করোনা রোগে আক্রান্ত হয়ে ৩১শে মার্চ মৃত্যুবরণ করেন। উনি ২৫শে মার্চ পর্যন্ত কর্মরত ছিলেন এবং রোগীদের চিকিতসা প্রদান করেছেন। আমি তার বড় সন্তান বুশরা তাসনীম আপনাদের সকলের কাছে তার পক্ষ থেকে ক্ষমা চাচ্ছি। তার কোন কথা, আচরণের কারণে যদি কারও মনে আঘাত লেগে থাকে দয়া করে মাফ করে দিবেন। আমাদের জানামতে তিনি কোন ঋণ রেখে জাননি। কারও কাছে যদি কোন ঋন থাকে বিনাদ্বিধায় জানানোর জন্য অনুরোধ করছি।

Afaq's youngest daughter Afra Nawar wrote in Facebook 01.04.2020 My father Afaq Hossain is a doctor by profession and admitted in hospital as a suspect of COVID-19 patients( reports are still pending). His condition is still not well. I appreciate all my relatives, friends, friends of friends, neighbors and everyone concerned,prayers and good wishes. It’s an humble request to everyone that don’t call/text him as he is still in the hospital and it will effect his current health or my mom because she is alone there& already very worried and sad. We will keep everyone update about his health conditions. I apologized for not answering everyone’s call/texts/video call/voice msg. Pray for my father for his speedy recovery. And no he didn’t have previous medical health condition history/diabetic or blood pressure. But he has breathing problem. Please keep him in your prayers. 02.04.2020 Alhamdulillah.....It's a great blessing from Almighty Allah Swt that my father Doctor Afaq Hossain will be buried in 'Jannatul Baqi' - the holiest graveyard for muslims, where family members & thousands of companions of our beloved Prophet (Saw) laid.....His janaza also will be held at Prophet's mosque( moshjid nobabi)after Juma prayer tomorrow, insha'Allah.....May Almighty Allah Swt forgive him, accept him as a martyar of Islam (as declared in the hadith) & grant him Jannatul Ferdous.

I knew about this news a few days earlier via Facebook. It's a matter of sorrow that he left us. But indeed it's somewhat achievement for him. He died in Corona virus. If he was a rightous person then he will be honoured as Shahid (living). As far I knew from Facebook that his namaz-e-zanaza held at masjid e Nababi and his burial took place in zannatul Baqi. It's not easy thing. Only few get this honour to rest that place. May Allah bless him and took him as Shahid. Surely we will return to him. Regards- Reza/39/2104

Herre are two extracts of his biography form facebook: Darmanga Kashlack(continuation). I saw she is holding something in her left hand covered with a piece of cloth. She removed the cloth and I saw that was a bowl full of grapes. She said, her elder brother is having fruit garden. He came to see them (she and her other sister and husband and children of the other sister). He brought for them grapes from his garden. Now she has brought for me the grapes. I said, O.K. but why you have come now?There is no other person in the Darmanga now.You could come in the morning when everybody is present. She answered, If I would have brought the grapes in the morning when everybody is present, you would get only 2 pieces. But I want You to eat all the grapes. Now, you go and keep the grapes in your kitchen and return my bowl. I kept the grapes in the kitchen in another bowl and come back to her.I returned her bowl and said, The grapes are looking nice and I hope they will be sweet to eat.Many thanks to you and your brother. She went away. 26.01.2017 পোল্ট্রী ফার্ম (Poultry Farm). আমাদের অনেকেই পোল্ট্রী ফার্ম করে লাভবান হয়েছেন, অনেকে হন নাই। অনেকে করার চিন্তা করে করতে পারেন নাই। আমি পোলট্রি ফার্ম করেছিলাম।তখন আমি ইরানের শাহরুদ শহর থেকে ১১০ কিলোমিটার দূরে দারমাঙগা (Heath center) খারতুরানে চাকুরী করতাম। এটা ছিল মরুভূমি এলাকায়।দারমাংগা আনুমানিক ৩ বিঘা জমির উপর।ইটের দেওয়াল দিয়ে ঘেরা।এর ভিতরে একটা বড় বিল্ডিং, একটা ছোট বিল্ডিং, একটা পানির পাম্প হাউজ ছিল। বড় বিল্ডিংয়ে রোগী দেখা হত,ঔষধ ও স্যালাইন দেওয়া হত।এই বিলডিং য়ের ভিতরে ২টা রুম,একটা রাননাঘর ও একটা বাথরুম নিয়ে আমাদের পুরুষ নার্স আগা মোহতাসেমী তার স্ত্রী ও ছোট দুই বাচ্চা নিয়ে থাকতো। ছোট বিল্ডিংয়ে ছিল ডাক্তারের বাসভবন। ২টা বেডরুম, ১টা ড্রয়িংরুম,১টা রান্নাঘর ও ১টা বাথরুম ছিল এই বিল্ডিংয়ে।এটাতে আমি আর আমার স্ত্রী থাকতাম।তখন আমাদের বিয়ের ২বছর চলছে।আমাদের তখন কোন বাচ্চা ছিল না। তখন ফেব্রুয়ারী মাসের প্রথম সপ্তাহ।বেশ শীত। একদিন বিকালে ডিউটির পর বাসায় ছিলাম।আমাদের পুরুষ নার্স আগা মোহতাসেমী আমাকে ডাকল।বললো," আগা(জনাব) ডাক্তার।একটু বাইরে আস।এক লোক মুরগীর বাচ্চা নিয়ে এসেছে বিক্রির জন্য।" আমি ও আমার স্ত্রী বের হয়ে আসলাম। আমরা দারমাংগার গেটের কাছে এসে দেখলাম যে এক লোক বড় একটা ঝুড়িতে অনেক মুরগীর বাচ্চা নিয়ে এসেছে। আমি বললাম," এত ছোট বাচ্চা। এ তো খাওয়া যাবে না"। আগা মোহতাসেমী বলল,"ডাক্তার।এ গুলো খাওয়ার জন্য না।এ গুলো পোষার জন্য।এই লোকের মুরগীর ফার্ম আছে।বছরের এই সময় সে গ্রাম গুলোতে এই বাচ্চা বিক্রি করে।আমরা ও এই বাচ্চা কিনে বড় করতে পারি।" আইডিয়া টা আমাদের পছন্দ হল। আমার স্ত্রী বলল,"এ বাচ্চার দাম কেমন? " আগা মোহতাসেমী বলল,"খানুম ডাক্তার,প্রতিটা বাচ্চার দাম ৫ তোমান।এ বাচ্চা যখন বড় একটা মুরগী হবে তখন এর দাম হবে ২০০ তোমান।সুতরাং লাভ ভালই হবে।তা ছাড়া আমরা তাজা মুরগী ও ডিম খেতে পারব।" আগা মোহতাসেমী ৫০টা বাচ্চা কিনলো। আমরাও ৫০টা বাচ্চা কিনলাম। আগা মোহতাসেমী বলল," ডাক্তার।যদি তোমার ২৫ টা বাচ্চা ও বাচে তাহলে তার দাম হবে ৫ হাজার তোমান।"(চলবে) 20. Dear brothers, My friend Hasanuzzaman, 6/309 left us for ever on last Friday in Melbourne. He had an earlier prostate operation and recently underwent another unsuccessfull stomach operation. We were more than 6 years in the same house (Khaiber), he was my roommate for more than 4 years. As a good sportsman of the house, he belongt to my best friends. I visited him in Melbourne in 2007.
